LLM Provider submenu disappears instantly when using mouse; keyboard navigation works but submenu is invisible

When using the Branch Off Feature from any message, the menu for selecting an LLM provider and model behaves incorrectly.

Issues observed:

• After clicking Branch Off, the list of all LLM providers appears normally.

• When hovering the mouse over any provider, the submenu containing the provider’s LLM models appears for a split second and then disappears immediately.

• This happens for every provider—each hover causes the submenu to flash and vanish.

Keyboard behavior:

• If I use the keyboard instead of the mouse, the submenu still visually disappears.

• Steps:

  1. Open Branch Off menu.

  2. Use arrow keys to move to a provider (submenu disappears instantly).

  3. Press the right arrow: the highlight on the provider disappears, but the submenu is now “focused” even though it is invisible.

  4. Press up/down arrows: I can navigate between models even though I cannot see them.

  5. Press Enter: a new chat opens with the model I selected—but I had no visual feedback about which model I selected.
