let users customise system prompts

Currently T3 chat uses a generic system prompt with instructions to be helpful, how to format code, etc. It then adds your user prompt at the end.

I’ve had trouble with models confusing my instructions/preferences with the prebaked t3 prompt.

It would be neat if we had the ability to overhaul the system prompt, or do away with it altogether (since it doesn’t regulate AI safety anyway as it is). If you could customize this per chat it would be even better, since models respond differently to prompts.

Use case: users can tinker and tailor system prompts based on the type of conversation they wish to have, which may not be code related.
