Let OpenRouter Keys Work with More Models

OpenRouter provides access to many models that are, in T3.chat, only available behind their respective provider’s keys (like Anthropic & OpenAI). I would personally prefer to use my OpenRouter key for them.

The limitation is that, currently in T3.chat, the BYOK feature for models like GPT-5.2 only permits you to use the respective companies API (for the case of GPT-5.2, OpenAI’s platform API).

    hi @Mark Florkowski why is this so hard to enable? let me bring my operouter api key for all models instead of having to have an api for each lab. please.

      Because we don’t route those models through openrouter, and changing them will require some significant changes. Plan to do it, just not top priority right now

    Also, there should be support for image generation models like nano banana
