LaTeX/KaTeX Formatting Renderer Breaks Arbitrarily

I’m aware that this is an on going issue. TeX rendering breaks for arbitrary formulas, and I couldn’t find any issue with my own formatting, so there must be something wrong with the renderer that makes rendering of LaTeX very inconsistent. I’ve managed to reproduce the issue with the following prompt:

Retype exactly my prompts.

1. **Constant Rule**

\frac{d}{dx}(c) = \lim_{h \to 0} \frac{c - c}{h} = 0, \quad c \in \mathbb{R}
$$

2. **Just x**

\frac{d}{dx}(x) = 1
$$
