LLM tries to write Latex expressions

They do not display, shows plain text formatted expressions instead:

    Single dollar math is not supported, the model is given this information in it’s system prompt, unfortunately Gemini decides not to listen sometimes.

    Inline math uses parenthesis, display math uses double dollar signs $$ … $$

      Yeah I added an extra instruction to my customization for the proper inline format and it seemed to work. Thanks.

        Not sure why that instruction in particular seems to randomly get ignored by some models, glad a custom instruction seems to help!
