"It looks like you're having some connectivity issues." Banner Moves half of the Chat input Box outside the visible screen

I had some internet issues earlier today and saw that the Yellow Banner had moved the bottom half of the Chat Input Box Below the screen (Browser is MS Edge on Windows 11).
