Issue: Model picker displays a deselected model

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select a model (e.g., Claude Opus 4) from the model picker.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Models, and uncheck Claude Opus 4.

  3. Return to the chat interface - the model picker still has Claude Opus 4 selected.
