Increase the 'Anything else T3 Chat should know about you?' limit

The comma separated traits allow 2500 characters

Currently the additional info limit is 1500 characters, bumped from the original 500 (iirc).

I have a fairly lengthy system prompt, that is a must have for my work.

Would be great if we could bump it to be 5000.
