Image generation does not use attached files

I tried to generate images with Nano Banana Pro and GPT ImageGen 1.5 for UI mockups based on an attached markdown prd. The generated images don’t seem to be based on the file, as if the file isn’t part of the prompt/context. When I try to paste the file content into the prompt, it is automatically attached as a file but also seems to be ignored.
