Hover on model abilities moves on to show general text about the model.

Hovering above the model and after model description pops up abilities can be hovered and text be read.

This is probably the same as:

When hovering over the capabilities on the model selection it’s very finicky and many times shows the wrong one or shows the main hover text for the whole model instead of the individual capability.
