Have a way to not show my real name

I’d love to be able to pop this up on something like a livestream, where I don’t use my legal name for privacy reasons. It would be nice if I could set this up to show a custom user name instead of the legal name on my Google account. It seems like the nickname option doesn’t apply to the UI itself.
