Filesystem API - Add local files to context and write to local files

Using the Filesystem API T3 Chat could allow adding local files to the context. Editing the File locally would automatically use the updated file in the context. It would be killer if we could also use T3 Chat to then apply changes to local files.

This way, T3 Chat could be an AI companion for any workflow because it integrates with other tools that also access local files: all text editors, PDFs, MS Office.
