File upload showing 101% on UI Element

The file upload pop-up in the lower right of the screen upon pasting an image into chat shows immediately at 101%. I am not sure how you are uploading 1% more file than given.

This behavior happens every time I past in a file.

Win 11, Chrome, not sure if that matters.
