Feature Request: BYOAK Fallback on Credit Depletion

Problem: When T3 Chat credits for a model are exhausted, users experience an abrupt halt to their workflow. This interruption forces them to stop critical tasks, breaking their focus and potentially leading them to leave the platform to continue their work elsewhere.

Solution: Implement a system that allows a user's own API key to serve as a seamless fallback when their T3 Chat credits are depleted.

Proposed Implementation:

1. Enhance API Key Management: In the existing API Key Management section, add a toggle next to each saved key labeled "Enable as fallback on credit depletion."

2. Automatic Switching: When a user runs out of T3 credits for a model, the system will automatically use the designated fallback key for all subsequent requests.

3. User Notification: A discreet, one-time notification should inform the user that the fallback key is now active.
