Failed to update/send message. Try again

gpt 5.4 and 5.3, last couple hours suddenly failed to send/update message. 1 chat. 1 browser (chromium), earlier messages were working. i’ve been getting timed out by vercel a lot, which is annoying btw, but even when I refresh, it verifies and I immediately cancel/retry same/copy and paste the same question it keeps failing. I seem to be within usage limits. i’ve copy and pasted into a brand new chat, first message and it works, so maybe it’s related to the length of the history? It would be nice if the share chat feature allowed specifying who can actually view it so I can add a dev and paste it here
