Failed to inspect PDF

Brave Browser, Express VPN built at the router fw level Windows 11 shadow model. Simple plain jane PDF 2 pages. Ran it through Virus total no biggie. Uploaded it to PDF24 tried a few different attempt to “remux” it if you will. Same issue. Hard to upload docs here, I’ve notice. I’m not going to try any harder than that. Thanks
