expose open router end point details in stats for nerds
the specific example is I am using “kimi k2 thinking“ but I don’t know which provider is being used at open router (https://openrouter.ai/moonshotai/kimi-k2-thinking)
I would prefer my requests not be sent to china and to have US endpoints used. It “should” be easy to expose this information I’d imagine. LMK.

We don’t use any providers who do not have clear, limited retention policies, or who train on user inputs. We do not restrict solely on region.

Even if you trust their policies, it’s still interesting to know who the provider is. (In 2025, I rather my info go to Moonshot than to certain organizations in the USA, personally. I’m just curious whether I’d notice any differences between providers. The only time I can tell for certain is when I get insane tps and ttft, then I figure it must be Groq or something similar in the USA XD )
