Existing chats stop accepting prompts

I have multiple chats created in the past few hours. I type a prompt “say yes” on an existing chat, and click send. the prompt never shows up in the chat and I get no response. Details: I click the “up arrow” send button and it changes to a “stop” button for a few seconds. But the text never appears. And a response never shows up.

If I create a new chat, it works. If I open an old chat from last week then it works. In these cases, I can send a message and it responds.

For troubleshooting, I have:

• Tried different browsers. Firefox and Chrome. Same results. LLM doesn’t respond and message I sent doesn’t appear.

• Shift-refresh to clear cache. Same results. LLM doesn’t respond and message I sent doesn’t appear.

• Created a new chat. That works. The LLM responds.

• Tested on an old chat. That works. The LLM responds.

• Tested on recent chats with a different LLM (Qwen qwq-32b and Gemini 2.0 flash). Same results. LLM doesn’t respond and message I sent doesn’t appear.
