The error associated with that trace ID seems to be an upstream Timeout on Google’s side. Is this a particularly large file by chance? Are you able to tell me a int more about the attachement in question?

It was a large file. However I’ve also tried copying and pasting the document in sections for which I still received the error

by in sections do you still mean in a single message? if so, it is essentially the same as sending as a single attachment.
Approximately how large is this file? Are you able to test to see if the same file works on the Gemini site directly? Can you see if other models on T3 are able to process this file?

The file is 185KB. Other models are able to process it sometimes. However sometimes it completely crashes out. Today Gemini Pro crashed out without any attachment. I just asked it a question.

Gemini Pro is a notoriously flaky model unfortunately. I think we even put a warning banner on it because of how often that happens.
