Error msg on o3-mini after opening a new t3 tab

When waiting on o3-mini’s reasoning, opening a new t3 tab, the generating tab will show an error. The error goes away once it the reasoning is finished, and the model is response is shown as normal.

Steps to reproduce:
- while o3-mini is reasoning
- open a new t3 tab
- switch back to original tab

I was only able to reproduce this using o3-mini. I did not encounter this with DeepSeek or Claude 3.7 Reasoning
