Enable text wrapping for table data

I would like the ability to enable text wrapping on table data, similar to how the column headers will wrap if the table data fits in the view port. The current behavior seems to be that table data will never be wrapped. IMO, the horizontal scroll to read the table data is not ideal, and it’s especially common when using T3 Chat in split screen.
