Profile shows full available usage bar but chat is erroring out due to no available usage. On top of that the reset timer always shows “Resets in now”.
It appears that we had a bit of a backend issue this morning that prevented some users resets from ocurring. We have patched the issue moving forward and it should be fixed now. I have added a small credit to your account for this month as an apology
