Disable search hint on reasoning models
My main driver is kimi k2.5 thinking with search sometimes. Each time or at least frequently i get the notification to use none thinking models for search queries.
I want to be able disable that in customisation settings so i no longer see the hint.

There is now a “don’t show me this again” button after a few dismissals, as well as less frequet reminders.

Agree with OP, my only gripe with T3 Chat is that the new Search limit resets every time I open a new session of T3 Chat (new tab) and I have to go in and change it again to avoid running into any problems when running a reasoning model with Search.
I think having a setting to disable this “limit” or at least set it once and it persist would fix my experience. Please tell me I’m dumb if this is already a setting as I may be blind and couldn’t find it!
Side Question: Maybe I missed this, but why was the Search limit added? The original functionality of search + reasoning was much more user friendly IMO - but I’m sure there are valid reasons why it was changed!

Prior to the search limit being added, models were only every allowed to search once, which occasionally caused incomplete responses, and not as deep of research.
Multiple searches improve depth, but are more costly, so settign it higher is a deliberate action of acccepting “this migh take a significant portion of my monthly quota”
