Daily User Set Limit

Allow a user to set their own daily use limit of messages.
Tied to this feature, it can be a soft limit (warning) or Hard (stops the user totally)
Once that limit is hit if it is soft it gives a little warning message letting the user know or hard it gives a message that tells the user they reached their set limit and gives an option to go into setting to edit it if they want.
Also, there can be an auto limit option. This option would allow it to calculate the average messages per day until it resets. The limit would reaverage out 1 once a day at like midnight.
This feature would make life easier of knowing how much of my month usage I have used and better manage it. Also, would be completely optional to the user and again user set.
