Custom Shortcuts Menu

Implement a user-configurable "Custom Shortcuts" menu similar to what is seen in browsers like Arc. This menu would enable users to create, manage, and use keyboard shortcuts for frequently used actions within the T3 app.

Make it quick! I’m a fan of keyboard shortcuts and use it all the time.

I know there’s already a shortcut for a new chat and searching but they neither enough nor customizable.

Ideal actions:

• Select the LLM model

• Collapse/open the sidebar

• Open settings

• Open the previous chat

• Select the reply style (once styles are added to t3chat)

• Copy the most recent message

• Delete the current chat without confirmation
