Create new thread button pops up before the sidebar has opened completely

The issue is as the title suggests. This is more of a personal preference and well it’s a bit annoying.

You can refer to the recording below. It’s a bit difficult to show it in a video with multiple frames so I am toggling the sidebar continuously, but this also happens in a single toggle “lifecycle”.
