Create Attachment File From Prompt

As a user, I want T3 Chat to allow me to use a prompt to create a file and save that in my upoads so that I can refer to it later.

Ok, my use case is to discuss a software problem, an idea for a short story or a game, whatever, and then I reach a point where the LLM and I have cherry-picked ideas and made some decisions.

My normal workflow is then to prompt something like:
“Summarise the decisions we’ve made and the ideas we’ve selected into a document; output in raw markdown please”

That works pretty well.

In T3 Chat I feel like we could have a prompt like:
“Summarise the decisions we’ve made and the ideas we’ve selected into a document; save as ~lore.md~”

UX Flow:

T3 Chat will run the prompt
Detect that the action is to save the output as a file

Add “response must be in raw markdown output”
Intercept the response
Create the file lore.md
Upload the file to my attachments
