Copying text and dragging, triggers "Add Attachment" popup

When copying text and trying to select to copy something else, the popup gets triggered, which can be annoying when trying to copy certain text.

Also, for some reason when trying to open the popup this way and pressing escape, sometimes it simply locks up and need to refresh to get rid of it (pressing escape doesn’t work).

I’ve had this also sometimes happen without pressing escape, when trying to copy text near the other bug mentioned already about the scroll to bottom button blocking text from being copied, sometimes when dragging over it.
