"Copy Code" button overflows the codeblock header

Bug Reports

Both in default and hover states, the “copy code” button on generated codeblocks overflows the block header, as seen in the screenshots.

Checked and it is consistent across all chats with codeblocks.


Happens on Vivaldi (v7.2) on Ubuntu 24.04.

*Also tested on Zen (v1.10b) but didn’t encounter it there.

    I have the exact same thing happening on Zen.

    I saw somewhere else that its intentional though. But it does feel like a small bug.

    Hi thanks for the report!, do you by chance have a scaled font size set in Vivaldi?

      Hi, good thinking, checked and I only a had scaled font size for reader mode; I just tried resetting it and rebooting vivaldi but no luck, the issue is still there.
