Command detail text "stuck" on previously focused option for certain commands in command palette

The command detail text in the lower-right of the command palette overlay will get stuck displaying the detail for the previously highlighted command after using the up ↑ / down ↓ arrow keys to move focus to either the ‘New Chat’ or ‘New chat with query: ““‘ options.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open command palette

2. Move focus to any option immediately before or after one of the following two options:
   a. New Chat
   b. New chat with query: ““

3. Use up ↑ / down ↓ arrow keys to move focus to the relevant option from step 2

The “command detail” text in the lower-right of the command palette should now display the text pertaining to the previously focused option, not the option currently focused.
