Cluade and 04-mini seem to timeout. Full out on stop.

I uploaded my resume to both Claude and o4-mini. They spent a along time with just the * * * indicator running (Claude more than 5 minutes). When I clicked on stop, it gave me what looked like a full response. Similar for o4-mini. Spun for while, when I clicked on stop, it looked like a full response. This Firefox on Windows 11.
