Clicking the down arrow should scroll down the list

Hi there! When I open the model selector, there is a jumping arrow that hides the last shown provider in the window:

I believe that clicking this arrow should go down the provider list, instead of clicking on the provider that is hidden behind the arrow. The current behavior is a bit jarring.
