CJK punctuations doesn't play well with Markdown

LLM ouput like **“测试”** are not parsed correctly. * are treated as part of the content instead of foramtting chars.

It is expected to see “测试” instead of \**“测试”**.

Interestingly this forum can handle this correctly, when I copy-paste the text it gets bolded.
