Chats disappeared after refreshing/updating

I just got prompted to reload because of an update, and now my chats of the last 30 days are gone. It was working this morning, but now all chats are gone across Zen, Chrome and Safari.

    There is a button in settings on the History Tab which should restore missing chats:


    Let me know if you are still encountering issues after trying this button.
