Chatbox input carries over to new chats

If you ask the chat a question and then type in the input a new question, if you click to start a new chat the inputted text carries over to the new chat.

i.e. If I start a chat about dogs and then decide to start a new chat about cats if I had already started typing a question about dogs it would carry over to the input in the new chat about cats.
