Chat should be able to send immediately after pasting text

Currently you cannot send a chat until after pasted content has been uploaded as an attachment.

This is annoying when pasting a small 5k token prompt, press enter, then see that you have to wait until the pasted text is uploaded as an attachment, then wait for a couple of seconds while its blocked.

Is it possible to have the chat not be blocked by the network upload of the pasted content?
