Chat name stays "New Conversation Started"

When you paste a big chunk of text the UI considers it an attachment but then fails to generate a name for the chat - it can’t read the attachment which is basically the prompt.
I tried a couple of times and it’s repeatable.
- I’m assuming that passing the pasted text to generate the title would solve it
