chat-latest model from OpenAI missing?

I can't find the chat-latest model in the available OpenAI model list.

It's the model currently used in ChatGPT, and I personally prefer it over the latest general-purpose OpenAI model (currently 5.5) for chat interactions.

Is there a reason chat-latest isn't available? If not, could it be added to the models list?
