Chat crashes when you paste image and hit Enter without including text as part of payload.

How to reproduce:
1. Start chat with vision model (e.g Gemini 2.5 Pro)
2. Paste Image
3. Hit Enter before the upload completes.
4. It tells you to wait while it’s uploading the image and that it’ll send automatically. But that’s a lie since it’s presuming you entered some text too.

It’s clear you intend for this not to be allowed (send button is disabled) but hitting Enter bypasses.

I’d attempt to keep the send button & hitting enter always in sync with each other since they should by all means have the same technical limitations, it seems this isn’t the case currently.

I have a habit of moving faster than I should be so I accidentally trigger this a fair bit haha
