Cannot rename thread unless at bottom of thread

I am unable to rename a thread if I scroll back to the top of the thread. Actually, scrolling up at all will cause the problem. I needed to see the original prompt so I could rename the thread’s subject appropriately.

This is a single prompt thread that has a several pages long response. It shouldn’t matter, but I am using Claude Sonnet 3.7.
