Cannot add attachments if the filename contains accent acute

When I try to add attachments, which contain accents acute (U+00B4) in the filename, nothing happens (console.error is logged). If I try to drag&drop the same file, the browser crashes (Vivaldi).

Console error:

Uncaught (in promise) NotReadableError: The requested file could not be read, typically due to permission problems that have occurred after a reference to a file was acquired.

System info:
OS: Kubuntu 24.04
Browser: Vivaldi 7.4.3684.55 (Stable channel) stable (64-bit)
