Bullet points do not render properly

On Zen browser 1.17.15b (Firefox 146.0.1) (64-bit)

Bullet points are not rendering properly until refreshed page (CTRL-r). The bullet point itself is rendered and then the text is rendered underneath that; upon refresh, the text is rendered immediately after the bullet point without a line break.
