Better profile selection

In touch devices you can’t hover over a speech bubble. when you click its name flashes briefly, and you don’t a clear idea what profile you are in. There should be a popup to select the profile on long taps. Also some differentiation (color? letter in speach bubble? differen emoji/symbol instead of speach bubble?) for fast navigation would be really helpful.

Even on desktop it would be usefull to clearly see the current profile you are on.
