better markdown handling

Sometimes I want the chat bot to give me plain markdown text which I can copy and paste into my ide. But T3 chat insists on formatting markdown in the UI - which messes up the markdown I’m trying to copy out. It doesn’t matter how I tell the chat to format the markdown, it always renders formatted in T3 chat.
