Failed prompt credit issue

I’m trying to submit a prompt with lots of medium amoung of text and 3 pdf attachments which fails for grok4 and o3 (see error below). I still see the “Premium Message” counter go down twice. First for the initial grok4 prompt submission (which immediately failed). Then again for the o3 retried submission (which also immediately failed, trace id below).

Finally, branching off with gemini pro seems to have worked.
