Answers come above the questions

When I ask a question on any model, the answer comes above the question instead of coming below. So if I ask two questions then there will be two questions below and two answer above, it gets really hard to navigate.

In the below example:

I first asked whats your name, then asked when google was founded and after that I asked when did google ad division start (for which I didn’t get the answer)
