Allow the models to output artefacts in their entirety

Asking models to do something and ‘output raw md’ ready for copy-pasting as md rarely works if at all → the md output is half-way broken as the t3 interface attempts to render it as html instead of keeping the whole artefact enclosed in it’s code block.
So if the model starts a file, let it finish.
