Allow BYOK models without key, now that usage is based on model price
Now that usage scales with model cost, could more expensive, currently key-locked models be allowed for everyone? They could have proportionally higher usage impact to account for their higher costs, while giving everyone the chance to use them.
Could be combined with allowing keys for all models, as others have suggested, to give people the option to use all models within reason, or bring their own keys for more.

i doubt this makes sense really, i bet many users will nuke their monthly usage in just a few messages for the currently BYOK-only models, and even if they keep these usage refill buckets, i bet that the way they have it right now, BYOK-only models would burn the meter halfway during generation…. this probably would cause more issues than help
why don’t you just pay for the 8 dollar a month plan and just bring your own key and pay for it directly?

Oh, I’m paying for the plan, just don’t want to pay extra for the keys. Thought it made sense to include them in the plan now that its usage based. It gives people the option to use the models if they want to; can make it clear that its higher usage with the cost indicators.
