After toggling boring mode, upgrade to pro popups break

Steps:

1. be logged out or logged in to non-pro account

2. toggle boring mode in top right

3. click on a premium feature like enable search, upload attachment, or just the model picker

Expected: upgrade to pro popover or picker open normally

Actual: they open for a slit second then close, making you click again to keep them open as normal.

Note: it’s roughly 50% reproducible. You might have to play with it a bit. I’m on a macbook, chrome.
