Add Tencent Hunyuan, Baidu ERNIE, and ByteDance Seed

I think it would be cool to see support added for the major Chinese labs and their current model families:

• Tencent: Yuanbao / Hunyuan / Hy3

• Baidu: Wenxin / ERNIE

• ByteDance: Doubao / Seed
